2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to a defective product or an error made by Blue Light Defenders LTD.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Lost Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
